I get a weird error A: Usually the reason for this is a personal software based firewall such as Norton Internet Security or McAfee Personal Firewall is blocking the web card authentication process. To fix this please turn off or disable your software firewall or lower the security settings on your browser to allow cookies to work. After you have done this try inputting a valid email and id code. Q: I disabled my firewall and its still not working A: Your card may be expired.
